Open the service management from desktop shortcut:

If you can not find the short cut on desktop, please go to the installation path, find the application

1 Operation monitor

monitor the OA platform licenses, server RAM, CPU, storage and online users

Manage OA service status, service restart/stop/Uninstall/Port adjustment

Set data auto back up rules, back up the data peroidly and recover the data

Set up the backup mode, save the back file either to local server or on remote server
Choose which type of file to backup, data for database, file for the application file and attachments
Set up auto back up frequency: Everyday/Every week

Check the new version, and set up auto upgrade
