Leave Management is used to edit the user's leave balance.

2. Function Feature

2.1. Edit Single User

2.1.1. Name

The user's leave edit page only displays the user's applicable leaves with a limited balance.

2.1.2. Current period

2.1.3. Leave balance

This field is an editable text box, the new leave balance can be maintained manually.

2.1.4. Modify reason

  • The reason for the change is recorded in the leave log, making it easy to trace the reason for the leave edit.

  • Not required, if empty, no reason will be logged.

  • A maximum of 255 characters can be entered.

2.1.5. History balance

2.1.6. Clear All

2.2. Batch Edit

2.3. Import

2.4. Export

Remark:

Can export all leave types and corresponding balances for everyone/a single department/an employee.
