Application Review

For Asset Managers to view, approve, reject and check asset applications for use.

Path: Assets > Application for Approval

In "Application for approval", users can perform the following operations:

  1. View Approval

  2. Asset Approval

  3. Asset Check

  4. Export Approval

  5. Generate QR Code

2. Function Feature

2.1. View Approvals

2.1.1. List Data Display

2.1.2 Approval Details

In "Application for approval", click on the asset data or "Details" for more information.

2.2. Asset Approval

2.2.1 Application Review

Step 1: Click "approval" on the asset to be reviewed.

Step 2: Fill in the opinions and click on "Approval" or "Reject" based on the decision made.

2.2.2 In Instant Messenger (Incomplete)

Step 1: In Instant Messenger-Notification-系统消息-Asset Management, click on the "" and enter the Approval Form directly.

Step 2: Fill in the opinions and click on "Approval" or "Reject" based on the decision made. The status will change.

2.3. Asset Check

After the asset has been returned, the asset manager will have to check the condition of the asset and confirm the asset has been received.

Step 1: In the Application for approval, click "Check".

Step 2: Click "Confirm" to accept the asset.

After confirming the asset status and time of return will be updated as below.

2.4. Export Approval

Click "Export" to export the approval data.

2.5. Generate QR Code

Kindly refer to [New Asset] Generate QR Code.
